We'll have your kids during The Spring To build Strength, Speed, and lay down a Foundation they will use on and off the field!

Who Is This Athlete Performance Training For?

  • Junior High Boys and Girls ages 11-13

  • High School Boys and Girls ages 14-17

  • Athletes for all sports

  • Beneficial for athletes who are currently In-Season with their sport

  • Athletes who want to develop an unstoppable mindset

What Parents Can Expect:

  • Get Stronger: When your kids play their sport, being stronger will help them do even better than before!

  • Run Faster and Jump Higher: They'll zoom around the field and everyone will wonder how they got so fast and bouncy!

  • Be More Coordinated and Agile: They'll learn new moves from your coaches quicker because they'll be better at moving their body in cool ways!

  • Eat Better: We'll teach them about yummy foods that help them grow strong, so they might start asking for more veggies at home!

  • Feel More Confident: When your kids feel strong and fast, they'll feel really good about themselves, and that'll help them do great in everything they try!

  • Think Better: We'll teach them how to feel okay when things don't go perfectly, so they can learn how to overcome obstacles

    Days: Monday- Thursday at 4:15pm and Saturdays.

The Spring Athlete Program is designed for young athletes ages 11-17 who want to build strength, speed, agility, and endurance to improve their performance in their sport. Whether you play football, basketball, soccer, track, or any other sport, this program will help you develop the foundational athleticism needed to compete at a higher level.

*Junior High: Ages 11-13

4:15pm-5:15pm & 8:30am

*High School: Ages 14-17
